CANCELLATIONS:

We start the creation process 24 hours after placing the order. If you need to cancel the transaction, feel free to contact us within 24 hours upon purchase.

As all our products are custom made and have no resale value, if you want to cancel the order 24 hours after the order was placed, the partial refund is $89. If the order has been shipped when you want to cancel it, the partial refund is $69.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

All of our custom-made products are created fully or in part based on information specific to each individual customer thus have no resell value. As a result, we will NOT ACCEPT the return of such products unless they don't comply with the order information or they don't fit your car. In such a case, please make your claim within 10 days of receiving your products by emailing us at Customer@customein.com and attach the photos of products as well as proof of purchase. 

For custom made products, you are allowed to make changes to your order (e.g. changing the size, color, uploaded photos etc.) or cancel your order within 24h. In those cases, please write an Email to our support at Customer@customein.com. 

UNCOLLECTED PARCELS: 

If you fail to pick up your parcel when delivered and the parcel is returned to our warehouse there will be a $40 reshipping charge. In this case, re-delivery can take up to 30 days(return time plus reshipping time).

If you do not wish to wait another 30 days for your order to be redelivered only a partial refund will be offered after all production and initial shipping cost have been deducted. As all our products are custom made and have no resale value, if you want to cancel the order the partial refund is $69.
